Celebrate Mom at Faubourg! Brunch features a 3-course $65pp++ menu with à la carte enhancements (includes a bloody mary, mimosa, coffee or tea.)
Seatings will be offered between 10:30am-3pm for brunch.
Dinner will feature our 3 course $75pp++ menu with a la carte enhancements. Seatings start at 5pm.

Flavors of South America Wine Dinner
Join us on May 21st and travel beyond borders to celebrate the Chefs of Faubourg in a culinary journey of their South American heritage.
Chefs de Cuisines, Maya Lleras, a native of Colombia, Marcos Salazar, originating from Venezuela, together with Executive Pastry Chef Leonardo Argoti from Ecuador, will highlight regional ingredients and culinary traditions in a unique tasting menu.
Each course will be paired with (world) wines selected to complement and elevate every bite. Expect bold flavors, bright notes, and an atmosphere that invites you to linger, sip, and savor.
General Admission:
$135 per person++ (plus tax and gratuity). Event starts at 6:30pm
VIP: Hosted in our private lounge area
$175 per person++ (plus tax and gratuity).
Event starts at 6pm in the lounge for a Welcome Reception with canapes, sparkling upon arrival, and visits from our Chef’s and sommeliers throughout dinner.
Proudly partnering with Latinos of Montclair in support of our community. Proceeds of VIP tickets will go to this amazing non profit.
A silent auction will be held from
6:30 pm - 9:30 pm for all ticket holders.
